I am a board certified Internal Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine Physician, plant based nutrition expert, entrepreneur, and speaker. Using my P3 Method, I help professional Christian women thrive in their plant-based lifestyle, reverse chronic disease, and have more peace in their life.
The P3 Method stands for Peace, Prayer, and Plants. You must have these 3 things in order to achieve total wellness. You must first address and eliminate chronic stress. You must pray daily and grow in your relationship with God. Lastly, regardless of whether you are 100% plant based, your diet must consist of predominantly unprocessed plant-based food if you want to thrive and live well.

Dr. Judy is the CEO/Owner of Newell Health, an online, plant based wellness company. We provide a 3-Day Plant Based Prayer Challenge and a P3 Program. These transformative programs are for professional, Christian women who are plant based (or who are trying to be) who have been diagnosed with a medical condition that they are determined to reverse. Examples include, prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, lupus, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, long-COVID, chronic fatigue syndrome, or cancer.
We are unique from other programs because we first address and eliminate chronic stress and inflammation, which is at the root of most chronic disease and health issues. We also incorporate the ultimate healer, God, into our programs.
